Large scale tropical forest cover change monitoring of Insular SE Asia

Objective(s): extend the existing web-based map server technology for operational forest cover change monitoring, which already is able to publish updates on a 3-monthly basis, with available Internet SAR GRID technology and the integration of ALOS PALSAR data to develop a much more detailed (thematic and spatial) public service.

ESA INDREX-II campaign Pol-InSAR data evaluation - 2nd phase

The INDREX-II campaign should demonstrate the usefulness of L-band radar (as candidate follow-up for ENVISAT ASAR) and P-band radar (as candidate for the Earth Explorer Opportunity Mission programme) for tropical applications
